Payments can be made cash on delivery or securely by card.
Buyers may request a return within 72 hours after delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the item received does not match the photos or description provided in the listing, including issues related to condition, authenticity, or missing details.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, personal preference, or change of mind.
Returned items must be the same item originally shipped.
If a returned item does not match the original item in condition, authenticity, or identity, the refund will be rejected.

Selling on Plakkar is subject to a 15% commission, calculated on the item price after a sale is completed.
This commission allows Plakkar to keep the platform safe and trusted, provide customer support, ensure payment security, and continuously maintain and improve the app and its services.
Sellers must ship orders within 72 hours after receiving. Orders not shipped within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Sellers may offer bundle discounts in their shop to increase order value and sales.
Orders are picked up by a delivery agent at the seller’s selected pickup address.
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item shipped matches the listing description and photos.

Authenticity disputes are resolved based on the evidence provided by both the buyer and the seller.

Alcohol or any item prohibited by Moroccan law or Islamic principles

All defects, wear, or imperfections must be clearly mentioned in the description and shown in the photos.
Misleading listings, false claims, or intentionally incomplete information are not allowed.
A maximum of 10 images is currently allowed per listing.
Content copied from brands, external websites, or third parties is strictly prohibited.

Users may report a user, item, or conversation if they believe it violates these Terms & Conditions or involves inappropriate, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading behavior.
Reports are reviewed by Plakkar’s team, which may request additional information from one or both parties if necessary.
Based on the results of the investigation, Plakkar may take appropriate action, including content removal, order cancellation, account restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.

Once an order is marked as Shipped, it can no longer be cancelled in the app. In this case, the buyer may cancel when contacted by the delivery agent, or contact Plakkar support via WhatsApp for assistance.
Sellers may cancel an order if they are unable to ship it within the required timeframe.
Repeated cancellations may negatively affect the seller’s profile score and may result in account restrictions.

14. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Plakkar will open an internal investigation.

After reviewing all relevant elements, Plakkar’s team will issue a final decision, which will be binding for both parties.

15. Delete account
Users may request deletion of their account by going to Profile → Settings → Delete my account and completing the deletion form. Account deletion requests are processed within 72 hours. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
